Julius Asal’s new album contains pieces by Maurice Ravel (in this, his anniversary year), 3 new improvisational pieces called Cascades I-III by Julius Asal himself, plus a new piece "Petites Vagues" by Christian Badzura. The album was recorded at Rick Rubin´s Chapel in Siena in September 2024. Asal is the latest winner of The Terence Judd-Hallé Award on the 25th anniversary of the BBC Radio 3 New Generation Artists Scheme.
