At uMusic Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included.

  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
