Kurt Vile returns with third release on Verve Records. The album title, Philadelphia’s been good to me, illustrates his love for his home city, where he still resides and records most of his music. Musically, the album includes everything fans have come to love about kv. Jangly guitars, soaring instrumental passages, and lyrics that are both cheeky and sentimental at the same time.
